Jen Martin

Jen Martin is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Sourcing in the Center of Excellence for North America at Korn Ferry since August 2022, Jen focuses on resource allocation and innovative sourcing strategies. Prior to this role, Jen held key positions at TrueBlue Inc., including Managing the Internal Talent Acquisition Team and serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter. Jen's career spans various companies, including ClearCall Solutions and Wells Fargo, where a strong emphasis was placed on corporate recruiting for executive and IT positions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ottawa University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix.
