Jabir Karat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social entrepreneurship and education. Co-founding Green Worms in August 2014, Jabir has played a pivotal role in environmental management while also serving as a Fellow at Acumen since February 2020. Previous engagements include facilitating at Jagriti Yatra in December 2018 and consulting for Vadi Husna Public School in 2015. Early career experiences include waste collection at the Solid and Liquid Resource Management Centre and program monitoring as a Gandhi Fellow at Kaivalya Education Foundation. As a co-founder and travel guide for Malabar Tourist Service from 2008 to 2012, Jabir established a strong foundation in community-oriented initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in History from Delhi University and a BA (H) in History from Zakir Hussain Delhi College.
