Magdalena Banasiak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and partnerships within the public and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Director of Development & Partnerships (Global) and Head of Government Partnerships at Acumen since September 2022, Magdalena manages institutional relationships with governments, focusing on key areas such as gender lens investing and climate resilience. Previously, Magdalena held significant roles including Associate Director at Brink and Head of Technology and Innovation at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. With a robust background in climate, energy, and urban development advising, Magdalena has contributed to various high-impact development programs in regions including East Africa and South Asia.
