Jennifer Kemp has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the publishing industry. Jennifer started their career at Ottakar's plc in 2004 as an Events Coordinator and Senior Bookseller. In 2005, they joined Adam Matthew Digital as an Editorial Assistant and worked their way up through various roles including Project Editor, Managing Editor, and Editorial Director. Jennifer was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2014 and became Deputy Managing Director in 2020. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Adam Matthew Digital, working closely with the Managing Director and fellow Deputy Managing Director on business strategy, particularly in the areas of editorial and technical.
Jennifer Kemp attended the University of Warwick from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Jennifer continued their education at the same university from 2002 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Religious and Social History 1500-1700. Jennifer furthered their studies at Henley Business School, University of Reading from 2010 to 2012 and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Management.
