Matthew Russell is an experienced military intelligence professional currently serving as the S-2 Officer in Charge for the US Army, overseeing intelligence operations in a forward deployed environment. With a comprehensive background that includes roles as an Intel Educator at E-volve Technology Systems and Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training programs. Previous experiences also encompass leadership positions within the 3rd Battalion 312th Regiment Headquarters Unit, Circinus, LLC, and the 415th Military Intelligence Unit, where responsibilities included managing teams and ensuring operational readiness.
