Mark Wilson serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Adaptalift Group since June 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous leadership roles including Executive Director and Chief Financial and Commercial Officer at Walkinshaw Group, where oversight was provided for a group with a turnover of $300M and over 500 employees. Prior to that, at MPR Group Accountants & Advisors, Mark was a Partner specializing in M&A and structuring, advising clients on international tax, corporate restructures, and exit transactions. Additional experience includes positions at PwC and Ernst & Young, focusing on due diligence, capital management, and corporate tax services for multinational and fast-growth companies. Mark holds a Master of Tax from the University of Melbourne, and is a Chartered Accountant.
