Arko Dasgupta

Arko Dasgupta is a skilled scientist currently serving as Scientist II in the Research and Development department at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. since October 2021, where notable achievements include leading the establishment of a single-cell sequencing platform and facilitating technology transfer for a novel assay. Prior to this role, Arko worked as Scientist I at Adaptive, focusing on reagent quality control assays and benchmarking existing assays. Arko's previous experience as a Post Doctoral Scientist at Fred Hutch involved validating novel targets for sensitizing cisplatin-resistant ovarian cancer, utilizing molecular and computational methods.
