Francis Lo began their career at PepsiCo in 2002 as a Manager of PepsiCo Insights. Francis then transitioned to Starbucks in 2011 as the Director of Global Talent Management. In 2017, they left Starbucks to work as the Vice President of Human Resources for Whole Foods Market. Lo is currently the Chief People Officer at Adaptive Biotechnologies.
Lo attended the International School of Beijing for high school, where they earned an International Baccalaureate. Francis then went on to The University of Texas at Austin for their undergraduate degree, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors - Interdisciplinary Studies with Business Focus. Finally, Lo attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business for their MBA, where they studied business administration, leadership, and strategy.
