Sharmin Karim is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. since May 2019, Sharmin previously worked at Autodesk from October 2013 to April 2019 as a software engineer focused on instructables.com. Academic experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Berkeley from 2010 to 2013, where Sharmin conducted research on the combination of ambient plasma and chemotherapy for breast cancer.
