Jeff Fons is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business transformation, operational leadership, and digital marketing. Currently serving as an Executive Consultant at Adaptive Business Solutions since 2025, Fons has successfully led initiatives to enhance cash flow and digitize processes in aviation and healthcare sectors. As the Chief Operating & IT Officer at the National Ability Center from 2022 to 2025, Fons spearheaded various teams to achieve significant cultural and financial improvements. Previous roles include Executive Advisor for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, Chief Operating Officer at the Medical Review Institute of America, and General Manager at GE Healthcare, where Fons established innovative strategies and drove substantial revenue growth across diverse operations. Fons holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and Milwaukee School of Engineering, respectively.
