Myron Dsa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data center operations and service delivery management, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since March 2008. Myron has progressed through various roles including Senior Team Lead, Team Lead, and Shift Supervisor, overseeing all data center activities and enterprise backup tasks, and stepping in for the Data Center Manager as needed. Prior to this, Myron worked at GBM from June 2006 to February 2008 as a Data Center Operator, managing NOC operations for mission-critical systems at Du, a new telecom operator in the UAE. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a System Administrator at Tata Consultancy Services and work as a Data Center Operator at CMS. Myron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed Higher Secondary Certificate studies in Physical Sciences.
