Currently serving as a member of the independent review committee at Manuvie and Addenda Capital inc., Renée has held the position of President of the independent review committee at Financière des professionnels since 2015. Prior roles include board member and executive committee member at the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec, board member and finance and audit committee chair at Agence de mobilité durable, and board member at Stationnement de Montréal. Renée also contributed to the Barreau du Québec in various capacities from 2010 to 2019. With a strong academic foundation, including certification as an administrator from Université Laval and a CPA designation, Renée has extensive experience in compliance, strategic decision-making, and financial oversight in both regulated financial environments and non-profit organizations.
