Lynn Erger, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of Human Resources experience. Lynn began their career in 2000 as the Director of Human Resources at WorldWide Retail Exchange/Agentrics. In 2007, they moved to the VOA-National Headquarters as the Director of Human Resources. In 2008, they took on the role of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Kaseya. In 2012, they were the Director of Human Resources at CW. In 2014, they were the VP, Human Resources - Talent Management & Organizational Development at Greater Intell. In 2015, they were the Director of People Ops at BlackHorse Solutions, Inc. and the Strategic Partnerships & People Operations at WCG. In 2016, they were the Strategic Partnerships at Flynn Intel Group. In 2018, they were the VP, People & Culture and the Chief People Officer at Addigy.
Lynn Erger, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has completed undergraduate studies at Concordia University, obtaining a BA in Organizational Management & Communication. Lynn has also completed courses in Organizational Development at Georgetown University and Organizational Learning & Coaching at George Mason University. In addition, they hold certifications from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtaining their SPHR in 2000 and from SHRM, obtaining their SHRM-SCP in 2016.
