Kate Innes

Kate Innes has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Vertas Group Limited since May 2015, with prior roles including Associate Director - People and Group Head of HR. From July 2019 to October 2020, Kate held the position of Board Director at Verse Facilities Management Limited. Earlier experience includes working as HR Business Partner at Fresenius Medical Care North America and various HR roles at Boots UK, Kongsberg Automotive, and Northern Foods. Kate holds a CIPD HRM qualification from Nottingham Trent University, a GDPR Practitioner certificate from Act Now Training, and a BA Hons in Human Resources from the University of Gloucestershire.
