James Marble

James Marble, SHRM-CP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Addison Group since June 2019, contributing to roles such as Senior Human Resources Director and Director of Human Resources while participating in DEI initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Forum Extended Care Services Pharmacy from March 2015 to June 2019, focusing on various HR administrative functions and workforce development. James also held significant HR roles at Glanbia from July 2006 to January 2015, including HRIS Manager and South Florida HR Director, where responsibilities spanned recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. Earlier, James worked as Acting Branch Manager at Ajilon Office. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has earned the SHRM-CP certification from Northwestern University.
