Mike Cannata

Mike Cannata currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at REI, leading HR and talent acquisition initiatives across various divisions. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple positions at Under Armour, including Vice President HR & Global Total Rewards and Sr. Director of Human Resources for North America. At Target, Mike was instrumental as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and as Human Resources Director, overseeing HR functions across the Mid-Atlantic Region. Earlier in career, Mike served as District General Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, managing a large team and achieving significant market share growth. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
