Karen Ulrich Miles

Karen Ulrich Miles currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lightpath since October 2021. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources at KARL STORZ Endovision from July 2020 to October 2021 and at Crown Castle from July 2006 to July 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources for a substantial organization with over 5,000 employees. Earlier experience includes roles in human resources at RCN (2006-2010) and as a recruiter at Hudson Highland Group (2003-2005). Karen began a career in staffing at Larry Tanning Technology from 1999 to 2001. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts and a high school diploma from Westford Academy.
