Brajesh Jha

Brajesh Jha is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Addverb since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading the HR function globally and driving growth across multiple regions including India, Australia, SEA, EMEA, and Americas. Prior to Addverb, Jha held the position of People Leader at Walmart from May 2019 to March 2022, overseeing the people charter for various technology pillars. Jha's experience also includes roles at GE as Lead - HR Business Partner for Aviation and at Infosys Limited in multiple HR capacities focusing on employee lifecycle management and organization development. Jha began a career in HR with fieldwork experiences at several companies and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's in Commerce from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.
