Ryan Wallace, PhD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Graduate Director at Adelphi University since August 2020 and has held positions as a Visiting Assistant Professor. Wallace has been with Suffolk County Community College since August 2015 as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Adjunct Lecturer. Prior experience includes a Lectureship at St. Joseph's University New York from January 2018 to May 2023, and a Research Assistant role at The Research Foundation for SUNY between February 2018 and August 2020. Additional roles include a New York Sea Grant Scholar, various Research Assistant positions, and a Graduate Assistantship at Stony Brook University. Academia is supported by a Doctor of Philosophy in Marine and Atmospheric Science, an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Geospatial Science, a Master of Science in Marine and Atmospheric Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Ecology, all obtained from Stony Brook University.
