Michael Sherry

Michael Sherry is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Program Excellence at Adient since October 2013, Michael oversees initiatives related to European OEMs, small parts, and powersports, previously holding the position of Executive Director and General Manager for seat structures and mechanisms focused on Asian OEM customers. Prior to Adient, Michael spent over 14 years at Johnson Controls in various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Global Director of Program Management, where responsibilities encompassed key OEMs such as GM, Ford, and Chrysler. Michael's career origins trace back to Lear Corporation, where the role as Engineering Manager was held. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Michigan-Flint and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
