Ting-Ai Marin

Ting-ai Marin (Kuei) is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager UX at ADP since November 2024, Ting-ai spearheads the integration of AI/ML into ADP Lyric. Prior to this, Ting-ai held the position of Head of Design at Valon, where a multidisciplinary team was developed and mentored, achieving significant team milestones. As Director of Experience Design at DigitasLBi_US, impactful redesigns were led for BlackRock Investor Pulse and TravelClick’s hotel booking platform, resulting in substantial increases in user engagement and bookings. Previous roles include Product & Design Lead at Bomoda, where a luxury media presence in China was established, and Design Lead at XO Group Inc., supporting a major national advertising portfolio and contributing to The Knot’s expansion in China. Ting-ai’s education includes a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design and a Certification in Executive Leadership from the University of Michigan.
