Richard Minerich

Richard Minerich is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across multiple companies. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Adroit Trading Technologies, Richard has previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Well, where focus was on scaling AI and automation efforts. Richard was the CTO of Safe Banking Systems and Accuity, overseeing significant technology integrations and leading diverse technology teams. With a strong background in agile methodologies and technical leadership, Richard was also recognized as F# MVP and has contributed to the Microsoft community through numerous speaking engagements and initiatives. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
