Jay Baronowski has extensive experience in the energy industry, with a focus on asset management, mergers and acquisitions, and financial analysis. Jay has held roles such as Vice President Asset Management at Advanced Power and Director, Portfolio & Asset Management at Diamond Generating Corporation. Jay has also worked at Covanta, Harvard University, Atlantic Power Corporation, International Power, Edison International, Citizens Energy Corporation, and EQT Corporation, where they gained experience in energy markets, project development, and asset restructuring. Jay'sexpertise includes valuation, risk analysis, due diligence, and financial forecasting.
Jay Baronowski earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, completing their education in 2004.
