Noall Silvester

Noall Silvester has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over 17 years. Noall currently works as a Regional Vice President of Operations at Resolute Road Hospitality, where they oversee a portfolio of hotels in the mountain west area of the U.S. Prior to this, they served as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Brigham Young University - Idaho, teaching various hospitality courses to students worldwide. From 2019 to 2023, Noall was the Regional Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality, responsible for managing hotel operations and supporting hotel leaders across the Midwest. Before that, they held the position of Area General Manager at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center and Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Wisconsin. Noall also has experience as a Director of Rooms and Guest Services at the Hilton Omaha, Director of Hotel Operations at the Doubletree by Hilton Anaheim/Orange County, and Director of Operations at the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Doheny Beach. Noall brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry, and enjoys teaching and mentoring others in the field.

Noall Silvester received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 1998. In 2001, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Utah. Then, in 2006, Noall Silvester completed their Master of Management in Hospitality degree from Cornell University, specializing in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. Noall also holds additional certifications, including Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, obtained in 2019, and a Master's of Management in Hospitality from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration in 2006.
