Iris van Nes de Tejada is a highly experienced professional in recruitment and management, currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Nearshore Call Center Services since January 2014. In this role, Iris leads recruitment for major campaigns such as AT&T U-Verse and Santander Bank of USA, effectively sourcing over 30 new hires weekly with strong customer service and sales backgrounds. Previously, Iris held the position of Recruitment Specialist at Nearshore Call Center, further honing recruitment skills.
