Marquita Williams currently serves as the Executive Director of Organizational Learning and Development at AdventHealth since June 2023, after a 25-year tenure at AdventHealth Central Florida in various roles including Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness and Senior Change Partner. Marquita possesses extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and leadership, evidenced by early roles in management and as a Divisional Ultrasound Program Manager. In addition, Marquita has contributed to education as an adjunct professor in Diagnostic Medical Sonography at the American College for Medical Careers. Leadership in assessment committees at ARDMS further highlights capabilities in oversight and development. Marquita holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership, specializing in Organizational Development from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from AdventHealth University.
