Rachel Rzymek Sweetland has extensive experience in business development and marketing within the architecture and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Associate at AE Works Ltd. since October 2020, Rachel previously held the position of Business Development Marketing Manager at DRS Architects from April 2018 to September 2020. Earlier roles include Senior Marketing Coordinator at Stahl Sheaffer Engineering LLC from January 2016 to May 2018 and Marketing Coordinator at Amsdell Companies from January 2013 to February 2016. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Gannon University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
