Ralph Palmer

Ralph Palmer is a retired Major with extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked at Associated Electric Cooperative Inc from August 1989 until retirement in July 2021. During this tenure, Ralph held several positions, including Plant Chemist, Chemical Lab Technician, Assistant Control Room Operator, and Operations Auxiliary Operator. Ralph Palmer earned a B.A. in Chemistry from Southeast Missouri State University during 2004 to 2007, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution, completed between 1977 and 1982.
