Doug Bellomo

Doug Bellomo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in flood risk management and resilience. Currently serving as Vice President at AECOM since March 2019, Doug leads the Flood Risk Management and Resilience Practice. Previously, Doug held significant roles with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers/Institute for Water Resources, contributing to the Flood Risk Management Program from May 2015, and served as Director of the Risk Analysis Division at the US Federal Government from January 1997 to May 2015. Doug holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Old Dominion University, completed between 1986 and 1993.
