Stephen Payne has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and contracts management. Stephen has held senior roles in various companies, including Aecon Group Inc., Acciona Infraestructuras S.A, Mace, Hsin Chong Construction Engineering and Management Ltd., Bovis Lend Lease, and Laing Ltd. Stephen'sresponsibilities have included supporting P3 teams, managing O&M aspects of procurement models, and overseeing contractual reviews and negotiations. Stephen has also been involved in risk assessment, project insurance placement, subcontract procurement, and claim resolution.
