Ken Deans

Ken Deans is an experienced technical director and entrepreneur with over 25 years in the event production industry. Currently serving as the Technical Director for the California State Summer School for the Arts, Ken also holds a position at New York University as a Technical Director and Guest Lecturer. As the owner of KD Production Services, Ken provides full-service festival consulting and event production worldwide. Additional roles include Logistics Director for AEG Live's Goldenvoice Festivals, where Ken manages festival logistics for major events, and various positions in production and education, including overseeing festival labor and serving as a visiting educator at the University of Montana. Ken's educational background includes a degree in Music Theory and Composition from Cornish College of the Arts and a certificate in Recording Engineering.
