Jeff Brown is an experienced IT and program management professional with a rich history spanning over three decades. Currently serving as AMI Program Manager at AEP Ohio since July 2023, Jeff previously held positions such as Program Manager at Patrick Engineering and Senior Consultant/Principal at JPBrown Consulting, where expertise in IT strategy and process improvement for non-profit organizations was demonstrated. Additional roles include Senior Director of IT at Exel and DHL Exel Supply Chain, where Jeff was responsible for IT resource planning and development, and First Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing application development and credit card processing functions. Jeff began a career at Accenture, advancing to Senior Manager, and holds a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
