Andrew Moorby is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer at Aeroqual Ltd, a global leader in air quality monitoring systems, since August 2023. Previously, Andrew has served as the Director of Finance at Go Media NZ, advising the shareholders during a period of significant growth, and as an Advisory Board Member at Guardian Angel Safety, focusing on financial strategy and global expansion. From July 2021 to August 2023, Andrew held the role of Group CFO at McKay Group, leading financial strategies for New Zealand's largest independent electrical contracting company. Andrew's experience also includes a lengthy tenure at EY as Executive Director in Transaction Advisory Services, where responsibilities encompassed transaction support, valuation, and corporate restructuring, with a focus on sectors such as agribusiness and technology. Earlier professional experience includes a role at KPMG in Corporate Finance. Andrew holds a BSc in Economics from the University of York.
