Pascal Belmin currently serves as Co-chair of the Commercial Aviation Steering Group at EASA since May 2024, overseeing stakeholder contributions in the aviation sector. With a career at Airbus Group starting in April 2013, Pascal leads EU Aviation and Regulatory Affairs, managing various aspects such as public procurement, intellectual property, competition law, and trade. Previous roles include Head of European Law and Competition Policy within Airbus, alongside significant positions at ASD Europe as President of the Economic, Legal and Trade Commission, and at GIFAS as President of the Legal Committee. Pascal's expertise extends to legal advocacy in competition and economic law from prior positions at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Coudert Brothers. Educational qualifications include advanced studies at ESSEC Business School and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
