Daniel Brenzel

Daniel Brenzel is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in sourcing candidates across various sectors, including renewable energy and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcer at The AES Corporation since June 2023, Brenzel focuses on enhancing the energy sector through innovative collaboration. Previously, as a Lead Technical Sourcer at Bloom Energy, responsibilities included sourcing candidates for engineering, manufacturing, and IT roles while partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies. Brenzel's background also features a role as a Recruiting Consultant at Spencer Ogden, where expertise in headhunting for high-level roles in renewable energy was pivotal, along with experiences in sales consulting, policy analysis, and leadership in educational programs. Brenzel holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Policy and Socio-Legal Studies from the University of Denver and is currently engaged in a study abroad program in European History and Economics at Charles University.
