Daria Rianova is a Talent Sourcer at inDrive since September 2022, focusing on candidate searches for business, marketing, and back office positions across the CIS, APAC, LATAM, and MENA regions, while providing market intelligence to stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as a Proofreader at Lifty from April 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities encompassed grammar and punctuation proofreading for various media, and as an Information Technology Recruiter at TechLinks from February 2021 to April 2022, where Daria engaged with hiring managers and successfully made offers to over 20 candidates, including a CTO.
