Previously, Michael held the position of Group General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at NatWest Group. Before that, Michael was the Deputy Group General Counsel at Barclays. Shaw also worked as a Partner at Herbert Smith and as Secretary to the Panel at Takeover Panel. Michael holds a MA in Law from the University of Cambridge and has pursued executive coaching programs at various institutions including the University of Cambridge and London Business School.
