Eileen Finn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Currently serving as an Americas Council Board Member for the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) since 2014, Eileen also leads Eileen Finn & Associates as President since February 1998. Previous roles include Search Consultant at MVP from 1981 to 1998 and HR Director at Coopers & Lybrand from 1978 to 1981, where responsibilities included HR leadership for the National Office's Actuarial, Benefits, and Compensation Consulting practice. Eileen holds an MBA in Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, a Professional Coaching Certification from Zicklin School of Business & iCoach Global, and a BA in English from Rosemont College.
