Holly Crane

Holly Crane is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources, organizational development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner at AEye, Inc., since August 2022, Holly collaborates with executive leadership to enhance employee experience and cultivate corporate culture. Previously, Holly held positions as a Strategic HR Business Partner at ClickUp and a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Paychex, where Holly facilitated people initiatives and provided consultative services to various clients. Holly's early career includes owning Forte Pilates, where Holly specialized in physical health and recovery, and working as a Human Resources Consultant at ClubSport, among others. Holly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Industrial Psychology from San José State University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
