Joseph Tengler

Joseph Tengler PMP has over 40 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations. Joseph began their career in 1983 at ABC Appliance Inc., where they worked their way up from Warehouse Crew Leader to Warehouse Manager. During this time, ABC Appliance experienced significant growth, acquiring three companies and increasing its revenue to $350 million. In 2001, Joseph joined Art Van Furniture as the Warehouse Shipping Operations Manager, overseeing a team of eight supervisors and 120 employees. Joseph managed a large distribution center and implemented operational policies based on best practices observed at flagship locations. In 2013, Joseph joined Lighting Supply as the Distribution Operations Manager. Joseph successfully implemented a Warehouse Management System and modified the packaging system to support inventory control and data sharing between different systems. Most recently, Joseph worked at Motor City Industrial and AFC Industries as the Corporate Director of Warehouse Operations. Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on optimizing warehouse operations.

Joseph Tengler PMP has a solid education background in management and project management. Joseph obtained their PMP Certification from PMI Project Management Institute in 2011, demonstrating their expertise in project management. Before that, they pursued an MBA degree in Management at Walsh College from 2009 to 2010. Joseph's educational journey began in 1992 at Davenport University/Detroit College of Business, where they completed their BBA degree in Management in 1997. Overall, Joseph Tengler PMP has consistently pursued education in management and project management to enhance their skills and knowledge in these areas.
