Emily Baumgart

Emily Baumgart has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Member Advisor at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union from January 2010 to September 2012. During this time, they provided excellent service to customers and advised them on various financial products.

Emily then transitioned to the role of Learning & Development Specialist at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union from September 2012 to April 2015. In this position, they facilitated training and development for employees, identified training opportunities, and assisted with organizing all-employee meetings. Emily also took on additional responsibilities as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist from April 2015 onwards. This involved creating a leadership development program, leading the training initiative for a new Core Processing system, and implementing improvements to Learning and Development processes.

Prior to their time at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, Emily worked as a Marketing Admin Assistant at iReservoir.com from December 2008 to November 2009. In this role, they provided administrative and marketing communication support, organized company participation at tradeshows, and led the re-development of the company website.

Emily Baumgart attended Gustavus Adolphus College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies. In addition, they obtained an Adult Learning Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in June 2023.
