Johnie Ender Palmer is an experienced professional with a background in legislative advocacy and mental health services. Currently serving as a Legislative Representative at AFL-CIO since January 2019, Johnie has held roles as a Legislative Assistant and Administrative Assistant within the organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Mental Health Technician at both Polinsky Children's Center and San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital, as well as serving as a Trustees Officer at Quality Loan Service Corporation. Johnie holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Public Policy Analysis from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.
