Kevin Ross

Kevin Ross currently serves as the Director and Head of Group Compliance at Aflac, a position held since August 2013, where responsibilities include managing compliance functions, oversight of new regulations impacting life and health products, and involvement in multiple strategic committees. Prior to Aflac, Kevin was the Senior Director and Head of Compliance & Government Affairs at the American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS), leading government affairs and compliance efforts while achieving significant cost savings and regulatory alignment. Kevin's extensive experience in insurance regulatory compliance includes roles at Zurich Insurance as Regulatory Affairs Counsel-Manager, and various litigation associate positions at prestigious law firms, alongside clerkships at the Illinois Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Kevin holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA in Humanities/English from Brigham Young University.
