Zachary Starr

Zachary Starr has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they served as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Sergeant in the US Army, where they provided leadership and expertise in handling explosives and coordinating missions to eliminate threats. In 2012, they joined Afni, Inc. as an Associate Coach and later became a Recovery Program Coach and Business System Analyst. From 2015 to 2017, Zachary was an IT Project Manager at Afni, Inc., overseeing various projects related to infrastructure, software development, telephony, and more. Zachary then joined eGain Corporation as a Delivery Manager before returning to Afni, Inc. in 2017 as the Manager of the IT PMO. In this role, they were responsible for implementing project management standards, portfolio management, and managing a team of project managers. Later on, Zachary held positions as the Senior Agile Program Manager and Director of IT at Afni, Inc., where they led teams and implemented agile methodologies to support HR, facilities management, client services, finance, and sales.
