The Africa Federation of GBS Associations is a pioneering initiative uniting national industry associations and trade & investment promotion agencies across the continent. Its goal is to amplify Africa's potential in customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing (BPO), IT outsourcing (ITO), and global business services (GBS). Launched by a coalition of eight African countries, the Federation serves as a collaborative platform designed to unlock opportunities, drive innovation, and enhance Africa’s global competitiveness in CX-BPO and ITO.
