Elissa Barrick

Elissa Barrick, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the VP of Human Resources at AgState, where responsibilities have included identifying personnel needs, conducting training needs analysis, and developing leadership programs. Previously, Elissa held roles as the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Recruitment & Talent Manager at AgState, as well as managing HR functions for Shine Bros. Corp.'s seven manufacturing facilities. Earlier experience includes support roles in safety and management at Sara Lee and Target. Elissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Resources from Buena Vista University and an Associate of Arts Degree in Management from Iowa Central Community College.
