Jason Shultis is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical and hydraulic design. Currently serving as an Engineering Project Manager at Ag Processing Inc since December 2021, Jason previously held the position of Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at Kinze Manufacturing, where responsibilities included mechanical design for 21 Series Grain Carts. Jason's experience at CNH Industrial involved significant contributions as Lead Hydraulic Design Engineer, focusing on Mid Range Rotary Combines, including current product design, DFMEA, and component testing. Early roles included student technician and internships that provided foundational skills in testing operations and design projects.
