Kulykov has held significant positions at AGCSOFT since October 2022 and at PointPay from July 2021 to November 2022, as well as at КРОК and NGSE, where Kulykov developed expertise in Android development over several years. Kulykov holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Donetsk National Technical University, obtained between 2008 and 2014.
