Martin Jones Mbe

Martin Jones MBE serves as the Chief Executive Officer UK & International for Home Instead UK, the leading provider of homecare for the elderly. Under Martin's leadership since August 2011, the organization supports over 250 franchised offices in the UK and seven international markets. Martin holds several key positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Age UK, where responsibilities include serving as a Board Trustee and Chair of The Silverline. Additional roles include Chair of The Care Workers' Charity, Board Member of the Homecare Association, and Chairman of Home Instead Charities (UK). Martin’s commitment to elderly welfare is further demonstrated through past chairmanship of The Silver Line and directorship at TSA. Additionally, Martin contributes to Virgin StartUp as a Business Mentor and has served on various advisory boards promoting skilled training and age inclusivity in the workforce. Educated with an LLB Honours in Law from the University of Lancashire, Martin continues to advocate for the rights and well-being of the elderly population.
