Tatiana Grudskaya has extensive finance experience, currently serving as a Board Trustee for The Oxford Trust and as VP of Finance Operations, FP&A and Procurement at Immunocore since March 2018. In this role, Tatiana oversees finance operations globally, including demand realization, business partnering, and procurement, managing a team of approximately 15 individuals. Previous roles at Immunocore included Executive Director of Finance and Senior Finance Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Before Immunocore, Tatiana spent over eight years at Eli Lilly and Company in various financial positions, including Planning and Reporting Manager and Regional Planning Manager for Europe and Canada, achieving significant improvements in financial planning and reporting processes. Tatiana holds a Master's in Applied Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.

The Oxford Trust is an independent charity, established in 1985 by entrepreneurs Sir Martin and Lady Audrey Wood, co-founders of Oxford Instruments. Our mission is "to encourage the pursuit of science".
